About The Role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help build Entangl into a generational company that runs the world's critical infrastructure.

You'll sit at the intersection of product, customers, operations, and hiring, and you'll help turn chaos and ambition into plans and execution.

You will have a front-row seat (and real responsibility) in how a company goes from early stage to industry standard. If we do our job well, Entangl becomes one of the most important infrastructure companies in the world and you will have helped design how that happened.

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with the CEO on the most important company priorities — and make sure they actually get done.
• Drive special projects end-to-end: from “rough idea in a Notion doc” to “shipped and working in the real world”.
• Sit in on customer, partner, and investor conversations, and turn those into action plans for the team.
• Help design and refine our operating cadence: goals, metrics, reviews, rituals, and how we make decisions.
• Build and maintain our recruiting engine: sourcing, running processes, and making sure we only hire exceptional people.
• Internal communication: making sure the team always knows what we're doing, why, and how it's going.
• Tracking & recording customer activity.
• Customer site visits
• Own external narrative on key fronts: help with decks, memos, proposals, customer meetings, talks, and content that tell the Entangl story.
• Act as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO on product, culture, and people.
