What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of construction for major commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor relationships, and client communications
• Oversee site operations in collaboration with project teams and field leadership
• Drive proactive risk management, cost control, and change order processes
• Foster a collaborative project culture, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and support staff

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing projects in the $20M–$100M range
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience with ground-up commercial, corporate interiors, institutional, or life science projects
• Ability to oversee complex schedules and budgets while driving collaborative team performance
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
