About the Role
We're on a very intentional search to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the company's Founder and President — a respected, down-to-earth leader known for his authenticity, vision, and people-first approach.
This is a high-visibility, fully on-site role supporting a CEO whose time, focus, and communication touch every part of a growing organization. You'll serve as his right hand — keeping him organized, prepared, and free to lead while ensuring the company runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage a dynamic calendar balancing business, client, and personal priorities.
- Anticipate conflicts, coordinate seamlessly, and protect the CEO's time.
- Ensure every meeting has a clear purpose, preparation, and follow-up.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, team members, clients, and external partners.
- Draft, manage, and organize communications that reflect the CEO's professional tone and values.
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Project & Meeting Support
- Prepare materials, notes, and agendas for internal and client meetings.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and key action items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support leadership initiatives with structure, consistency, and clear communication.
Travel & Event Planning
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, speaking engagements, and company events.
- Ensure every logistical detail is handled from start to finish.
Administrative & Financial Support
- Manage expense reports, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Provide both business and light personal support to ensure seamless organization across all areas.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or C-suite leader.
- Proven record of stability and long-term tenure in previous roles.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or a similar project-based environment is a strong plus.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and initiative.
