We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various healthcare and commercial projects, including K-12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for healthcare and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare and commercial construction.
- Familiarity with federal and government project standards is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Experience with project management software, Procore experience is a plus.
- Proven expertise in resource allocation and project scheduling.
- Experience with ground-up and interior fit-out construction projects.
