Human Resources Operations Specialist

Our client is a global alternative asset manager who is looking to add a talented Human Resources Operations Associate to their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Aiding in onboarding/offboarding processes
• Update & maintain employee data utilizing Workday
• Improve processes and automations
• Serve as a right hand to the HR team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in Workday
• Strong written/oral communications
