COCOZZA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across multiple restaurant projects. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail oriented, eager to learn and excited to grow within a high performing team.
As an APM, you will help move projects through our Budget/Lease/Design/Build system, assisting with material procurement, documentation, communication and change order management. You will play a critical role in keeping projects aligned, organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities
Assist PMs with day to day project coordination and administrative support
Prepare, track and process purchase orders, submittals and material deliveries
Manage change order documentation, pricing requests and approval workflows
Maintain organized project files, drawings, logs and digital records
Support schedule updates, budget tracking and weekly project reporting
Communicate professionally with clients, designers, landlords and subcontractors
Assist with permit applications, inspections and DOB-related coordination
Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items and follow ups
Visit job sites to support PMs with field verification, documentation and punch list items
Uphold COCOZZA's hospitality mindset in all interactions
Bring a solutions oriented attitude and anticipate needs before they become issues
Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience in construction, architecture, engineering or project administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
Familiarity with construction documents and workflows is a plus
Comfortable with project management software and cloud-based tools
Clear communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor
Eagerness to learn COCOZZA's Budget/Lease/Design/Build methodology and grow into a PM role
