We are looking for an absolute PRO to help our firm grow from 65 to 100 employees in the next five years. 


The Job (your mission, should you choose to accept it):

· Oversee the recruiting process for all staff positions, which includes interviewing candidates, pre-hire paperwork, offer letter, and onboarding procedures for all new employees.

· Oversee new employee orientation and training agendas.

· Ensure proper documentation is kept for all employee files.

· Administer firm benefits to all employees.

· Assist Managers with quarterly evaluations for all employees.

· Review and process payroll for all employees, including overseeing time off requests.

· Assist Managers with conducting exit interviews and off-boarding procedures.

· Maintain departmental procedures manual and supply information relevant to procedures in the office.

· Assist with office-specific and firm-wide projects as necessary.

· Assist with Facilities Management

· Communicate with all Vendors.

· Travel Arrangements.

· Project Management.

· Tech-savvy and quick to learn (yes, we use legal software, but no, you don't need to know it yet).

· Competitive Compensation: From $180,000/year or more, depending on experience. 

· Benefits:

o Time off: 30 paid days off annually. 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

· Professional phone presence and etiquette

· Team player with a positive, learning-focused attitude

· Law office experience is a plus, but not required

· Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.

· Advanced knowledge of PC applications, including the entire suite of MS Office applications (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

· Minimum 3 years of operations experience 

· Bachelor's degree (required)
