Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage all phases of project development, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and other Byrne & Jones divisions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of paving and concrete projects, from planning to completion, working with teammates and external vendors.
- Client Communication: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution.
- Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving: Address issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in construction project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
