Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for providing client and sales support while managing projects to ensure timely and accurate execution of Finished Goods including the highest quality Stone, Wood, Tile, and Cut to Size projects . This role serves as a liaison between clients and the Sales Team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status and key milestones. The Project Coordinator will assist with daily project validation tasks and provide support to the Senior Estimator to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for providing client and sales support while managing projects to ensure timely and accurate execution of Finished Goods including the highest quality Stone, Wood, Tile, and Cut to Size projects . This role serves as a liaison between clients and the Sales Team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status and key milestones. The Project Coordinator will assist with daily project validation tasks and provide support to the Senior Estimator to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
Tasks Include
- Pre-Sale
- Provide day-to-day product support to the Sales Team
- Manage stock holds for the Sales Team
- Work with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time for projects
- Produce clear Itemized estimates for the Sales Team
- Control sample management
- Template Management
- Validation
- Document organization for CAD Production Packages for Custom Projects
- Project validation and Production Package submittals to Procurement
- Post-Sale
- Work with the Senior Estimator to phase projects
- Ensure the client, Sales Team, and Operations Team are fully and accurately informed of all project status and all updates are noted in Stone Profits
- Track projects against proposed timelines and communicate schedules to clients and Sales Team
- Payment collection
- High school diploma. Associate or bachelor's degree in interior design or construction management preferred
- 3-5 years of practical experience in interior design, construction management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to read architectural plans and estimate construction projects. Analytical skills. Experience with pricing stone architectural projects preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Diplomacy. Able to develop solid client relations and consultation skills.
- Strong prioritization, project management, organization, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience in Plan Swift or other take-off software. A working knowledge of AutoCAD a plus. Experience in Sales Force and Stone Profits a plus.
