Program Manager – Engineering & Operations (Manufacturing Environment)

A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple interconnected projects that support strategic business and operational goals. This position plays a critical role in aligning cross-functional initiatives, standardizing processes, and strengthening project management discipline across engineering and operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee program-level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple projects to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Lead governance reviews and provide visibility into progress, risks, and key decision points for leadership teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure program outcomes support broader business objectives.
• Serve as a change agent by promoting PMO standards, driving process adoption, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification preferred; experience with structured project management frameworks highly valued.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Strong communication, organization, and change-management skills.
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments is strongly preferred.
