A Southeast Houston commercial GC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to mid-sized commercial projects across healthcare, hospitality, retail, and general commercial. Projects typically range from 500K to 15M covering ground up builds, renovations, and fast paced TI work. The firm is recognised for reliable delivery, strong communication, and repeat client partnerships.

🚧 What You Will Lead

• Full project ownership from bid through closeout
• Budgeting, schedule development, procurement, and scope definition
• Client communication and expectation management
• Jobsite visits, quality reviews, and safety oversight
• Change order management, pay app reviews, and RedTeam documentation
• Punchlist coordination and final turnover

📌 What You Bring

• Five to ten years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong scheduling and budget management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects with disciplined organisation
• Confident communication with clients, design teams, and field personnel
• Experience with RedTeam or equivalent construction management software
