The firm is seeking an Analyst I to join its growing team, supporting M&A and strategic advisory assignments across healthcare services, healthcare IT, and life sciences. Known for its deep sector expertise and long-standing relationships with founders, operators, and private equity investors, the firm has built a strong reputation for executing high-impact transactions and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory projects, including detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence support.
- Prepare pitch materials, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth research on healthcare industry trends, company performance, and competitive landscapes to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction process.
- Contribute to an environment that encourages learning, mentorship, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time Investment Banking or Consultancy experience, ideally with exposure to M&A or capital markets transactions.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis), and accounting.
- Experience drafting marketing materials such as CIMs, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to build a long-term career within healthcare investment banking
