Social Media Content Creator

Job Overview:

B&H is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our Social Media team. This is the role for you If you live and breathe social media, love staying ahead of the latest trends, and have a knack for creative engaging, high performing content. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, developing, executing and managing content for our social media accounts of the B&H Social Media team. This position will be responsible for creating content across multiple platforms to boost brand awareness and grow our community reach. You will contribute content ideas and manage innovative campaigns to increase our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms

• Create, post, and schedule content that reflects our company's voice and values

• Monitor and engage with audiences, brands, and creators to foster community

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement

• Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the social media

• Collaborate with internal teams develop effective campaigns.

• Maintain active communication with our community through comments and direct messages

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating content

• Strong understanding of social media marketing across major platforms specially Tik Tok, Instagram, Reddit

• Experience with content writing, basic editing and design tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva)

• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

• Comfortable exploring and experimenting with new social platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience running campaigns and brand/company accounts

• Familiarity with project management or scheduling tool such as Hootesuite, Asana, or Jira
