Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a creative and motivated Associate Content Producer to join our Creative Content team, supporting the Lead Creative Producers. The Associate Content Producer will assist in creating compelling audiovisual marketing content for our original series and movies, helping to support campaigns that span from traditional broadcast advertising to innovative social media content.
The Associate Content Producer will work directly under the guidance of the Lead Creative Producer to support creative productions, assist in developing content capture strategies, and help execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining Amazon MGM Studios' brand standards and creative excellence.
Key job responsibilities
  • Content Capture Support: Assist the Lead Creative Producer in executing AV productions, supporting the development and implementation of content capture strategies aligned with marketing objectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Help facilitate communication between cross-functional partners including Creative, PR, post-production, Social and marketing teams to ensure alignment with global campaign strategy
  • Multi-Platform Content Development: Assist in creating and adapting audiovisual content for various platforms including broadcast television, streaming platforms, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook), and digital advertising under LCP guidance
  • Social Content Strategy: Help develop social content capture strategies, supporting social marketing initiatives and participating in creative ideation for social distribution
  • Asset Management Assistance: Support the organization and maintenance of marketing content assets, helping ensure proper versioning, metadata, and accessibility for internal teams and cross-functional partners
  • Gallery and Content Day Support: Assist with gallery productions, content days, EPK coordination, and other specialized shoots as directed by the Lead Creative Producer
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing content to help ensure it meets Amazon MGM Studios' quality standards, brand guidelines, and platform-specific requirements
  • Budget and Schedule Assistance: Support the Lead Creative Producer in tracking production budgets and schedules, opening purchase orders and helping coordinate with campaign management teams for cost-effective delivery. They will also work to develop scopes of work and handling any legal approvals as well.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Help maintain accurate project documentation and support adherence to legal requirements, platform policies, and internal approval processes
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of content creation or similar experience
  • Experience in the entertainment industry
  • - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • - Basic Qualifications
  • - Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • - Experience creating content for social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Online Marketing, Influencer marketing, Blogs, Social Media, & Web Analytics (Adobe preferred)
  • Knowledge of sound, dialogue, and music editing and mixing workflows
  • - Understanding of broadcast advertising standards and specifications
  • - Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats
  • - Previous experience supporting senior-level creative professionals in a production environment
  • - Understanding of content capture workflows and marketing asset development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
