Private Equity Associate - Renewables

I am working with a leading Private Equity Firm who are looking to onboard an Investment Associate to join their Power and Renewables, Energy Transition team in New York!

Job brief:

• Identify and assess potential investments in the energy transition, power & renewables sectors, conducting market research and financial analysis.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes, preparing investment memos and presentations for internal committees.
• Track financial and operational metrics of portfolio companies, contributing to strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform investment strategies.
• Work closely with senior professionals, external advisors, and portfolio company management teams to optimize investment strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
