Aaratech Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis activities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence while working with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Data Collection & Preparation

• Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency

🔹 Data Analysis

• Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Support business decisions with basic statistical insights

🔹 Reporting & Visualization

• Create simple dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Present findings in clear visuals and summaries

🔹 Collaboration & Support

• Work with senior analysts to understand project requirements
• Support cross-functional teams with data requests

🔹 Tools & Technology

• Use SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation
• Learn and apply BI tools for reporting

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
