🔍 Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution implementation for our client projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, understand business needs, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. 📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Work with business users to understand project needs and objectives
• Document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Requirements (FRD), and User Stories
• Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs

🔹 Business Process Analysis

• Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
• Create process maps, flowcharts, and use cases
• Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams
• Clarify requirements and ensure both sides understand expectations
• Support communication throughout the SDLC

🔹 Data & Reporting Support

• Perform data analysis to support business decisions
• Assist in reporting, dashboards, and metrics interpretation
• Validate data accuracy for project deliverables

🔹 Testing & Implementation Support

• Participate in UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements before deployment
• Support change management and user onboarding

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Data analysis experience with Excel or SQL is a plus
• Exposure to reporting/dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage
