Aaratech Inc. is looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with business teams, understand their needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. This position is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and turning business needs into actionable insights.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Support UAT, create test scenarios, and validate features before deployment
• Assist in building reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decisions
• Facilitate meetings, requirement workshops, and discussions between business & technical teams
• Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), or data analysis concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
